Summer 2011

This has been a VERY busy summer for Mark and I. Lots going on, and not enough time during the summer to do much. Mark has been at his job for 1 year now. We are excited about that. :)  He has been busy working (sometimes) late hours, plus extra hours when asked to come in and cover for someone. My job hunt has been never ending. If anyone hears of somewhere that is hiring, please let me know.

This summer, my sister Stacy got married. Congrats to my wonderful sister and her husband. I could not be more happier for them. Mom and I traveled from PDX to Detroit Airport in July. Then she and I drove from Detroit to Charlevoix (which is a LONG drive to and from). Charlevoix is such a BEAUTIFUL little town. The wedding was at a place called Castle Farms. I have lots of photos to upload from the trip and from the wedding.

Congrats to my Sister and my mom. My sister is engaged to an AWESOME guy. My mom just got remarried after 17 years of being divorced. Pictures to come soon from my moms wedding.

We have been rreally busy this year. Bewtween moving to Beaverton and serveral weddings, our schedule has been crazy.

Valentines Day

We would like to wish all our frineds and family a very happy Valentines Day this year. I hope that it was an awesome one for all. Mark and I went and saw Valentines Day for our valentines date on friday. We enjoyed all the humor in the movie.

Here is a shout out to my great uncle Ron on his Birthday and to the state of Oregon for it is now 151 years old today.

first blog

We are happy at this time in our lives. We have 4 beautiful nieces, and wishing we were able to see them more often. My (Susan's) two siblings are in the military and are safely in the USA right now. We are both looking for a job right now. So, if anyone has any leads in the Portland area, please let us know. We will be moving into Beaverton in the next few months and will be happy with any leads you can provide for us.
